Unfortunately the darts do not work properly and have become very expensive. Forcing people to pay an hour even if you only want to play half an hour is not okay 👎 And on top of that, you simply pay 19% VAT

Absolutely bad service. No indication that there is a minimum consumption of 5 euros per person. So you pay 20 euros for 4 drinks. Even with a phone call with the boss, there is no insight. Visited last time. Customer service is different.

Boss not understanding and no goodwill. Here it is proven how bad customer service works in 2020. Actually a great way to play billiards in Trier - if it weren't for the poor communication and tightening the price screw. One thing was clear in winter, namely that the opening times have nothing to do with the written word. Neither the information on the Internet nor the opening times hanging on the front door could be trusted (twice in front of a locked door, which in turn said that was open at this time). Unfortunately, the prices were also increased and the Sunday flat rate was abolished, which makes it a little less attractive ...

Everything acceptable except rip off darts. 50 cents for 301 is normal out of order but then it starts 501 then costs 1.50 euros bottomless frec I think .........

Good tables, those who like to play billiards are in good hands here.

Very nice service and nice atmosphere to play billiards.

The space is large, there are enough tables and enough space around each table to play. The service is nice and the prices are normal. But when the battery is fully charged, the ventilation is not as good or maybe not available. That's why a star deduction.

Very nice waiters, good atmosphere, unfortunately I personally find it a bit too expensive. Tables are in good condition. Dart machines are very expensive but in good condition. Drink prices are top okay.

Great shop, great service. We were here in January 2019 and had a great evening. Nagut, the dartboard might have the price per game. Because as the machine calculates is not really obvious. But mood, service and ambience are great. Just the thing for a cozy evening with friends at a neat game of pool or darts. Prices are reasonable and toilets Ok

Great billiard hall. Lots of tables, good prices, very nice staff and the drinks were delicious.

Large, with many good tables in very good condition. However, often closed despite opening hours without notice, no good internet presence, no EC payment possible! At the weekend 11 euros an hour, which is quite a lot. Tropical used to place more emphasis on new covers and promotions. Today everything seems a bit old and unmotivated. But you can play there ... when it's open.

You can play billiards and darts here. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location is cozy. There is extra seating. You really can't say anything about the price. You can order pizza here. I like to go there :)

We love to come here again and again. Price-performance fits. But please: have a look at your dart machines.

Cozy and never too crowded. Service always friendly. Is unfortunately only relatively warm there. Therefore only 4 stars!

Very good shop! The service is very friendly and in addition to billiards you can also play darts. Not only is there plenty of drinking, you can also eat Chinese. My friends and I have always been very happy here!
